The house we bought was our first home and everything was new to us.  Lori helped us to go through each and every step and guided us.  The house we bought was a foreclosure.  The seller (bank) was very slow to respond.  During the wait time, even if we had not forced her, she would follow up every day through phone and email.  She gave us the updates from the seller every day.  During our purchase process, we had to go out of the country for a month and Lori did her part well by following up in our absence and thus we could buy the house just in time.  Whatever questions or problems we had, she will solve them in no time.  She did not pressure us to make an offer or to take any steps.  We are really very happy in working with her and recommend her to any buyer especially who is new to this field.  She is patient, helpful and knowledgeable.  The house we bought was a good deal and we were happy to get that house.
